  • Season both sides of the chicken with McCormic's New Organic Fajita mix. Set aside 1/2 tbsp of seasoning.
  • Heat the oil in a large sauté pan. Add the chicken. Sauté each side for 3 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  • Add water, salt and remaining seasoning to the pan and cover for 5 minutes or until the water comes to a boil.
  • Meanwhile, cut the pepper into long strips and slice de chicken.
  • Add pasta to the water and let boil for about 5 minutes. Stir as needed.
  • Add peppers and chicken to the pan, cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.


The peppers and chicken strips make for a perfect wrap leftover.
