Ingredients

italian seasoning

salt & pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut off a slice from the top of the tomatoes.
Arrange the tomatoes on a large baking sheet.
Pour all the oil over the tomatoes and add the spices.
Cut up the onion and garlic and spread around the baking sheet.
They don't need to be cut up small because it will all get blended in at the end.
Bake in oven at temperature of 280F for about 2 hours.
Remove from oven and let it cool off for 5 minutes
Blend all the tomatoes and distribute in jars.
