Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers
This oven baked sheet pan sausage and peppers is a quick recipe with bold flavors. Italian sausage baked in the oven with colorful peppers, onions and a flavorful oregano and oil seasoning. Eat it as is with a side of rice, pasta or in a sandwich.

- 5 lb italian sausages mild, spicy and any flavor you like
- 3 whole bell peppers green, red and orange; sliced
- 1 whole onion sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl whisk the oil, salt, pepper and oregano
Arrange sausage, peppers and onions in a large baking sheet.
Toss the seasoning in, be sure to coat sausage and veggies evenly
Bake at 425F degrees pre-heat oven for about 25 minutes or until veggies have softened and sausage is golden brown.
