- 8 oz almond butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tbsp reishi powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Toppings
- coconut flakes
- cacao powder
- cacao nibs
- turmeric
Add the ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for 3-5 minutes until all the ingredients are incorporated. This will require you to stop and help the ingredients come together in the center of the blender a few times.
Roll them into balls, and then roll them into your topping of choice.
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
