Add chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce to a big bowl.
Also, add in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and all the mozzarella cheese
Stir well to combine. Mixture will be thick.
Transfer to a cast iron or baking dish.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with fresh scallions/ green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips, carrots and celery.
