Vitamin C Anti-Inflammatory Juice

This refreshing Vitamin C Anti-Inflammatory Juice is a deliciously citrusy juice to enjoy with breakfast or anytime you feel the need for a boost. Loaded with antioxidants, Vitamins A and C, it supports your body's defenses against illness and may help to reduce inflammation.

Ingredients

  • 3 oranges
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 lemon
  • ginger small piece
  • turmeric 2 small roots
  • 3 cups water blender recipe
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Juice Instructions:

  • Peel the oranges and lemon.
  • Pass all the ingredients through the juicer
  • Enjoy a powerful concentrated juice (see notes)

Blender Instructions:

  • Peel the orange and lemon removing as much of the pith as possible (white stuff in between the peel and the fruit)
  • Add all the ingredients into the blender cup, including the 3 cups of water
  • Pulse for about 2 minutes
  • Using a strainer pass the juice through, retaining the pulp.
  • Enjoy a refreshing health juice.

Notes

Notes: the juice instructions yield 1 serving of concentrated juice while the blender instruction yield about 4 cups of juice, due to the water added to the blender process.
