Instructions

  • Add chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce to a big bowl.
  • Also, add in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and all the mozzarella cheese
  • Stir well to combine. Mixture will be thick.
  • Transfer to a cast iron or baking dish.
  • Top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Top with fresh scallions/ green onions.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, carrots and celery.
