This one Sheet Pan Garlic Lemon Salmon makes for a delicious, easy under 30-minutes dinner, perfect for a weeknight!
Winter isn't officially here until one of us get sick, right? The trouble with that is when the cold is passed around, which often times do happen! I noticed that the girls gets worse colds then the boys, and wonder why is that. Are the boys tougher ? What's the dynamic at your house??
The Practical Mom
This week more then ever, dinner had to practically appear on the table without much of an effort. However, you wouldn't know that just by looking at this tasty and rather scrumptious Sheet Salmon, but I can assure you this is an easy, effortless dinner that you can make for your family in very little time!
Check out this Maple Soy Cranberry Salmon!
I often hear people saying that they only eat salmon (or any kind of fish) when they go to a restaurant and the reason for that is even more surprisingly... because "it's hard to cook fish"! Whoa, wait a second there... if it were to get any easier, they would be practically cooking themselves hahaha 🙂
But no, really...
In all seriousness, let me encourage your to cook fish and do it often. Salmon is our undoubtedly our family's favorite, but I suggest you try a few types to decide the ones you like best. Once you decide, add your favorite seasonings and voilá, you simply can't go wrong!
What is even more exciting about this sheet pan salmon is that you can prepare your whole entire dinner in one sheet! Off course, you can add your family's favorite veggies or be inspired by my own. I can honestly tell you that my sheet pans NEVER look the same. I use up whatever I have in the fridge, and that's also a good way to 'clean up' the fridge and don't let your veggies go to waste.
