Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 15 oz can chickpeas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ancho rub*
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 450F degrees.
- Wash and since the chickpeas and pet them dry with a paper towel.
- Add all the spices and stir to combine.
- Bake for 15 mins. Give it a little stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Eat warm or cold. Store in an air tight jar once cooled off and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
