Looks yummy! Would it be as good if I made it the night before and just baked it in the morning?
I am sure that will be just as delicious! Be sure to refrigerate overnight. Thanks for stopping by Tara 🙂
Could you make ahead and freeze?
Hi Gail! So, I’ve never done it -I am afraid it might get soggy, but do let me know if you try!
What size pan is this? Looks yummy!
It’s a 9×5 loaf pan. Thanks for stopping by:)
I would like to make this for a larger crowd. Has anyone adjusted the recipe for a larger pan using French bread instead? This looks soooo good🤗
just double the recipe!
If I prepped this the night before, should I wait till morning to make the glaze and pour just before baking? I’m worried if I poured the night before, it would be soggy the next morning?
I would definitely wait to pour in the next morning. Hope you enjoy this recipe! 🙂
Can I use either fresh or frozen berries? If frozen, should I thaw them out first before using?
You can use fresh or frozen, and you do not need to thaw them as they will be going in oven to bake.
I’m going to try this for Christmas brunch with the family. Would the berries be better frozen this time of year???
I think if you can find them fresh it’s going to be best, otherwise frozen will work too.
