Easy Homemade Enchilada Sauce; learn how you can make a delicious enchilada sauce using few ingredients in less then 10 minutes!
I think it's safe to say that I have been on a Mexican food kick lately! For one thing I made these crazy-licious Veggie Enchiladas in hopes to feed a few of us or stock up on leftover, only to realize that by the end of the day I had eaten the whole casserole ! Yep, not even a slightly exaggeration 🙂
Aw, not to mention my week-long Spice Nachos marathon! But here is the thing (this is when I try to convince you -or myself, that it was all okay) these foods are sooooo delicious, you seriously need a greater force to make you stop eating, haha.
But then again, why stop? So I decided to continue on the tasty, flavorful and picante voyage to all things Mexican food. To support my decision and make it official, I decided to make my own Enchilada Sauce because I figured, if I get the sauce down, there will be no excuses. Just playin' safe!

I usually forget to get the full list of ingredients more often then not, so I love it when I can just make it at home or at least have the option to do so, in case I forget an important item such as ‘the sauce’ BONUS if it’s quick and easy!! Thanks so much Amy 🙂
