I have a mini Instant Pot, and I do not know how to adjust recipes. All I see are recipes for the regular sized Duo pot, so I do not use them. Is there some way I can learn how to adjust measurements for use with a mini pot?
have you tried cutting down the recipe by half? I think that’s the easiest way to go about. So whatever the amount of ingredients the recipe as for, use half for everything.
